HT Group, LLC is a privately owned real estate investment company that develops, leases and manages retail properties as long-term investments throughout the south eastern United States. HT Group, LLC has deep roots in Atlanta and it’s real estate industry. Each principal’s family has been involved in the Atlanta real estate industry for several generations. In recent years HT Group, LLC created HT Group Brokerage that provides leasing, tenant representation, brokerage acquisition, construction supervision, facility maintenance and property management services for it’s various clients. While many of the large brokerage companies cater to the needs of large institutional owners, HT Group, LLC focuses on the regional and local «„mom and pop“» Landlords that are in need of professional management and leasing services without the fees of the larger firms.
