The mission of Physics Today is to provide a unifying voice for the diverse areas of physics and the physics-related sciences. It does that in three ways: by providing authoritative, engaging coverage of physical science research and its applications without regard to disciplinary boundaries; by providing authoritative, engaging coverage of the often complex interactions of the physical sciences with each other and with other spheres of human endeavor; and by providing a forum for the exchange of ideas within the scientific community.

Brain Structure & Function publishes research that provides insight into brain structure–function relationships. Studies are sought integrating data spanning from molecular, cellular, developmental, and system architecture, to the neuroanatomy of behavior, cognitive functions, and brain dysfunction. Studies of clinical populations that are primarily descriptive or that evaluate a therapeutic intervention are not within the scientific scope of the journal.

Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology (CGH) provides readers with a broad spectrum of themes in gastroenterology and hepatology, including the diagnostic, endoscopic, interventional, and therapeutic advances in cancer, inflammatory diseases, functional gastrointestinal disorders, nutrition, absorption, and secretion.

Applied Catalysis B: Environmental welcomes original, novel and high-impact contributions from the following fields: Catalytic elimination of environmental pollutants, such as nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, sulfur compounds, chlorinated and other organic compounds, and soot emitted from stationary or mobile sources Basic understanding of catalysts used in environmental pollution abatement, especially as applied to industrial processes and more.
