The therapeutic healing compound includes a sugarcane plant extract and a gelling agent that includes at least one of xanthan gum and hydroxyethyl cellulose. The compound may also include collagen. The therapeutic healing compound may be used for treating wounds, burns and cosmetic enhancement, such as an exfoliate for anti-aging.
