We make seed investments primarily in San Francisco, New York, and Los Angeles and look for category-defining companies with visionary leaders. Our deals are sourced across the web and mobile spectrum including: enterprise, SaaS, marketplace, consumer, media, online video, and more. David Rodriguez and Artia Moghbel are former venture capitalists who helped lead or source early investments in companies like Maker Studios ($1bn exit), Trunk Club ($350M exit), Klout ($200M exit), App Annie ($95M raised), and Livefyre ($70M raised).

- We work closely with CEOs/founders and only invest in companies we can directly impact and add value to
- We apply a higher level of diligence to every deal than is typical for a seed fund, following a process similar to our background as Series A/B investors
- We ensure terms are fair and syndicated company valuations are reasonable
