Andrey Nikolayevich Fomenko is an investor. He does his business in real estate (sale, purchase, rent). He is a founder of financial holding company “Imperia”. In St. Petersburg he has built up the largest network of business centers “Senator”.

Lada Fomenko is a president of IVAO LTD. Also Lada is a co-founder and former managing director of Eternal Youth Fund, providing scientific projects in the field of life extension and longevity. Furthermore, she has founded Health of Society LTD. And for the last 10 years she has been a president of this company. Lada Fomenko graduated from chemistry department of Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia and business administration department of St. Petersburg Social and Economic Institute.

Alexander has 7 years of extensive experience in financial industry, including stock markets, debt markets, ETD and OTC derivatives. Before joining IVAO, Alexander worked with US and Russian brokerage companies (including Broco Investments) and banks (such as Northern Trust).

She has 18 years of experience in management and entrepreneurship of pharmaceutical and biomedical industry. Prior to joining IVAO, Irina was a Vice President in Business Development of Cureline Inc. (San Francisco, California), which is focused on collecting of clinical specimens for scientific research. Irina founded and manages consulting company RuNovel Group (Palo Alto, California), dedicated to provide consulting services on business development in pharmaceutical, medical devices, and biotechnology sectors. She is experienced in working for US and Russian companies, such as State Research Institute of Physiology & Basic Medicine, Johnson and Johnson and Align Technology.

He has over 10 years of experience in scientific research in biomedicine. Andrew conducted postdoctoral research at Oslo University Hospital, Norway. Currently he is a CEO of Digital BioPharm Ltd. The firm is focused on preclinical study in the field of oncology and age-related diseases. In IVAO Andrew manages section “Science”. Also he conducts research and lectures at Moscow State University and Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. Andrew published his scientific publications in leading academic periodicals and he is a holder of 2 patents.

Ivan joined the IVAO team in 2015. He has 10-years experience on financial markets in the field of assets management and investments products development. Prior to IVAO Ivan worked as Portfolio Manager at large Russian and international companies. He managed funds of private customers and investment foundations.
